These Terms of Service govern your use of the Centrix CRM platform ("Software") provided by Centrix CRM ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Use of Software
Centrix CRM provides cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) to help users manage contacts, automate follow-ups, and track performance. Each license is for individual business use and may not be resold or redistributed.
2. Payment Terms
The total cost of lifetime access is CAD $4800, which includes a one-time setup fee and access for 5 users. Additional users or future upgrades may be available at additional cost.
3. Shipping
A physical box of printed SOPs and templates is included in your purchase. It ships within 5–7 business days to Canadian addresses only.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, SOPs, and software belong to Centrix CRM. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and data. You agree not to misuse the platform or use it for spam or illegal activity.
6. Limitation of Liability
Centrix CRM is not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use or inability to use the software. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
7. Support
We provide 24/7 email and chat support. Live onboarding is included with purchase.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada.
