Due to the nature of our product — which includes both instant access to digital software and a physical component — all purchases of Centrix CRM are non-refundable.

Before purchasing, we encourage all customers to read the product description thoroughly and contact our team with any questions.

Exceptions may apply in the case of duplicate billing or technical failure to deliver. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe you qualify for a refund under these conditions.
